บรรยากาศภายในงานเต็มไปด้วยความสง่างามและทรงเกียรติอย่างสูง

โดยได้รับความกรุณาอย่างสูงสุดจาก นายโสภณ ซารัมย์ ประธานรัฐสภา ที่ให้เกียรติมาเป็นประธานในพิธีและมอบรางวัลอันทรงคุณค่านี้ด้วยตนเอง

พร้อมทั้งมอบโอวาทอันล้ำค่าที่สะกดทุกหัวใจ โดยย้ำเตือนว่า การสร้างเยาวชนต้องหล่อหลอมทั้งความดี ความเก่ง คุณธรรม และปัญญาเข้าด้วยกัน

เพราะปัญญาคือแสงสว่างและเกราะคุ้มครองให้ดำรงชีวิตในสังคมได้อย่างมีความสุข พร้อมตอกย้ำสัจธรรมที่ว่า ตัวอย่างที่ดีมีค่ากว่าคำสอนเสมอ
